Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
